You will use a fully equipped Toyota Fortuner Double Cab 4×4, complete with rooftop tent, dual battery, fridge, 2 spare tyres, compressor, and recovery kit—ideal for overlanding in the Cape regions. temperatures, wildlife viewing, and scenic drives.your budget allows it and there is availability, the Canyon area offers the best location for sightseeing.

No prior experience is required, but basic 4×4 driving skills are recommended. Full route guidance and safety instructions are provided before departure

Our experienced safari guides lead every journey and assist guests throughout the entire trip. From navigating remote overlanding routes to coordinating fishing and hunting activities, our team ensures that every part of the safari runs smoothly.

Because many of our routes travel through remote wilderness areas, mountains, and coastal regions, having professional guides ensures that guests can relax and fully enjoy the experience.

Whether you are new to safari travel or an experienced adventurer, our team is there to guide, support, and share their knowledge of Africa’s incredible outdoors.

Accommodation includes a mix of wild camping in permitted conservation/community areas and recommended lodges or guest farms along the route. Rooftop tents are provided for camping nights.

Meals are included, allowing flexibility to dine at local restaurants, prepare your own food at campsites, or purchase supplies en route.ra

We recommend carrying 40–60L of water per vehicle and refilling at camps or approved points. Fuel stops are planned along major towns and service stations along the route.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for self-drive safaris to cover accidents, medical emergencies, and vehicle-related incidents.

Park entrance fees, guided drives, adventure activities, and optional excursions are not included and can be booked separately.

Children are welcome on the safari. Pets are not recommended due to wildlife and safety regulations

The Western and Eastern Cape offer year-round adventure. Spring (September–November) and autumn (March–May) are ideal for moderate temperatures, wildlife viewing, and scenic drives.
